Born from a love for heartfelt gatherings and home-cooked food, 58 GRAFTON is more than just another place to eat.Experiences in the peaceful, cozy outdoor space are intended to serve as an antidote to what can feel like unsettling times.We believe that food brings people together whether it’s over a comforting lunch, an afternoon coffee or refreshing beverage, or a lively reunion with friends and neighbors.We also know that people can bond over a warm campfire, pursuing common interests, and making a difference in the community.We look forward to sharing 58 GRAFTON with you for all these purposes.

Lil’s is the name of the 8’ well-equipped food trailer just inside the entrance to 58 GRAFTON. Since summer 2024, it has been used by a number of local cooks and caterers (including ourselves under the name Lil’s Fun Foods)to prepare and serve a wide variety of dishes and drinks on largely a pop-up or fundraising event basis.

Moving forward, our hope is to lock in a regular schedule with enough flexibility to continue to make 58 GRAFTON available for additional pop-ups and nonprofit activities as well as reunions and private events. Please reach out if you would like to collaborate on an on-site gathering featuring food prepared and/or served out of Lil’s by one of the caterers already familiar with the facilities or your own cooks.

Friendship House & Grounds

Did you know that the Friendship House is always open for gathering in the spirit of friendship? Equipped with a woodstove and seating for up to 8 people ,the glass house can be used for warming in winter and spring.In the back of property , we are planning regular community campfires once we get some rainfall!Up front, we soon will be launching our Premier SOAPBOX Session season .
