58 GRAFTON is the umbrella term for the enterprise under development at 58 Grafton Road in Townshend, VT. Technically, the property is owned by Village Specialties L3C (a low-profit LLC)formed by local entrepreneur Nan Stefanik and her son Jordan to create a “third space” in our community.
58 GRAFTON is open to everyone ,and we welcome collaboration with local caterers, vendors, artists, teachers, musicians, community event planners, non-profits, healers, gamers, podcasters, and more.Surprise us with your own unique ideas!
